Run Add's dungeon around 50 times to get the void weapon and get the +9 amulet for it (this is only once per account so use wisely). Now for proficiency tears you'll want polarize on your top, buff party magical attack power on your bottom, all skill damage on your gloves and then damage to boss monsters on your shoes. For transformation focus on getting critical damage tears, NOT crititcal, there's a difference. For balance tears you'll just want the highest el year level you can get for now.
